Plot sequencing:

1. Main protagonist comes a family with good intentions but failing compass in life: values are refuge in a morphing and uncertain world

What is this moral world: vaguely religious world losing its compass in an attempt to make sense of today’s world filled with uncertainty & anxiety-inducing stories.
