Cook the potatoes until just tender, cool in ice water and peel and quarter.   2.) Top and tail the beans and boil in water for 5 minutes, cool in ice water.   3.) Tear the lettuce into small pieces and arrange on a large plate.   4.) Chop the tomatoes into quarters and add to the plate.   5.) Cut the tuna into large chunks and add to the the plate.   6.) Add the potatoes, beans, slice onion, eggs, olives and scatter over the chopped parsley.   7.() In a small bowl mix the oil, vinegar, garlic, salt and pepper. Pour over the salad and serve.
